Sliceshimi is a fast-paced slicing game where you carve fish of all kinds with your sword, turning them into sushi! Level up by slicing your way through a variety of stages, each with its own distinct soundtrack. Wield swords of different sizes, or unleash spectacular ability swords, each packing its own unique power! Take down fish with special properties, and discover even more — from achievements to boosters!

Note: Some SFX were generated with AI tools and hand-edited by the developer. Some background videos were created using AI image-to-video generation. All other images and artwork were made entirely by the developer. All AI-generated content has been reviewed and modified by hand.

Sliceshimi is built with a philosophy of fair, ethical game design. We intentionally avoid mechanics aimed at inducing excessive screen time or compulsive play.

We encourage all players to take regular screen breaks and maintain healthy daily boundaries. This game is intended for general audiences; however, parental supervision is recommended for minors. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use the built-in parental controls and screen time settings provided by their operating system or platform provider.

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE

INSTALLING OR PLAYING SLICESHIMI. BY INSTALLING, DOWNLOADING, OR USING THIS

GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT

AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Ginx Productions ("Licensor") grants you ("User") a limited, non-exclusive,

non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Sliceshimi ("the Game")

for your personal, non-commercial use only.

This license is a permission to use the Game — it is NOT a sale. You do not

own the Game. All rights, title, and ownership of the Game, including all

intellectual property rights, remain exclusively with Ginx Productions.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

a) Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer

   the Game or any portion of it to any third party.

b) Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source

   code, algorithms, or structure of the Game in whole or in part.

c) Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works based on, or otherwise

   alter the Game or any of its components.

d) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary

   notices contained in or displayed by the Game.

e) Use the Game for any commercial purpose, public performance, or broadcast

   without prior written consent from Ginx Productions.

f) Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain

   an unfair advantage or manipulate the Game's systems.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Game, including but not limited to its code, artwork, music, sound

effects, characters, story, and all other content, is the exclusive property

of Ginx Productions and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other

applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Game does not grant you any ownership or rights to any

intellectual property belonging to Ginx Productions.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR

IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS

FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GINX PRODUCTIONS SHALL

NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,

OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY

TO USE THE GAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Loss of data or save files

- Hardware or software damage

- Technical errors, bugs, or crashes

- Interruption of service or game availability

YOUR USE OF THE GAME IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. NO REFUNDS

All purchases of the Game are final. Ginx Productions does not offer refunds

except where required by applicable law. If you have a technical issue,

please contact us before requesting a refund through your purchase platform.

6. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement

will terminate automatically and without notice from Ginx Productions if you

fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and delete

all copies in your possession.

7. UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Ginx Productions reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this

Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes

your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review this

Agreement periodically.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with

applicable international copyright laws and the laws of Japan, without

regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through good

faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the

jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
